Originating from London England in 1987, Porcupine Tree began as an experimental, Progressive Rock outlet for its founder Steven Wilson. Since then it has developed into one of the greatest Rock bands of our time, with a long string of brilliant albums, each different than its predecessor. Their albums and live shows are a must for any Rock fan. It's important to note that a strong stylistic shift occurred after their "The Sky Moves Sideways" album as they moved to a less experimental sound.
